2、59例，其中男39例，女520例，年龄32～58岁，采用以色列飞顿激光公司PixelEr:YAG像素激光治疗2个疗程。末次治疗后1个月，按照色素病损消失面积、面部皱纹消失程度评定疗效，同时观察有无色素沉着、色素减退等并发症。结果559例患者中，轻度改善103例(18．4%)，中度改善378例(67．6%)，显著改善78例(14%)，总有效率为100%，满意率为81．6%，无色素沉着、色素减退、增生性瘢痕等并发症发生。6个月有效维持率为67%。结论Er:YAG像素激光治疗对面部年轻化是一种安全、有效的方法。［关键词］Er:YAG像素激光;面部皮肤年轻化;
