2、科学学院,山东泰安271018摘要:铁皮石斛作为一种重要的抗癌抑癌药物,在全民养生的今天越来越多的成为了人们消费的热点。然而,由于野生的铁皮石斛非常稀少而且非常昂贵,不适合大众消费。所以建立一套适合工业化生产的组培体系成为了发展的趋势。以幼嫩的铁皮石斛带节茎段为原材料,1/2MS作为培养基,探究了不同激素浓度及其他因素对铁皮石斛快繁和组培的影响。再以组培出的幼苗为原材料,研究了温度、水质、培养基质及浇水方式等对铁皮石斛炼苗的影响。结果表明,铁皮石斛快繁的最佳激素浓度为6-BA,1.0mg/L和NAA,1.0mg/L,及1%的活性炭,诱导率为12.5%;组培的最佳
3、激素浓度为6-BA,1.5mg/L及NAA,2.0mg/L或6-BA,0.5mg/L,NAA,0.5mg/L和2,4-D,1.5mg/L,诱导率都在80%以上。铁皮石斛的最优炼苗条件为25℃,光照过的自来水浇灌;最适合的培养基质为水苔+直径约为0.5~1.0cm的树皮。关键词:铁皮石斛;组培中图法分类号:S567.239;Q813.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-2324(2017)04-0000-04TheEstablishmentforTissueCultureSystemofDendrobiumofficinaleKimuraetMigoZHENGZi
