3、……13铁皮石斛组培幼苗几种生长因素的研究方瑞花（大理学院农学与生物科学学院2014届生物技术班，云南大理671003）指导教师：施继惠讲师摘要：以铁皮石斛组培幼苗为材料，探究不同浓度的香蕉和土豆添加物及其不同浓度的（土豆、香蕉）混合添加物，不同基础培养基（MS和1/2MS），3种不同碳源对组培幼苗壮苗、生根的影响。结果表明：(1)添加物，20%香蕉>15%香蕉、土豆混合物>20%土豆；(2)1/2MS比MS培养基更适合组培幼苗的生长；(3)相同浓度条件下不同碳源效果为：白砂糖>蔗糖>葡萄糖。因此，铁皮石斛幼苗最佳的壮苗培养基为：1／2MS+白砂糖20g/L+活性炭2g/L+20%香蕉+
