1、中文摘要明月草〈Angelicakeiskeikoidzumi)和紫背菜(伽血/日bicolorDC)均为菊科菊三七属植物，在民间已被作为药材使用，富含多种营养物质及活性成分,且具有多方面的药理活性。明月草全草可入药，含有多种营养成分和天然活性物质。紫背菜也是一种可食用可入药的野菜，有较好的营养价值和保健功能。目前己有对其营养成分和粗提物的研究，但尚未有对于明月草和紫背菜挥发油的完整研究。本实验研究采用水蒸气蒸惚法提取明月草和紫背菜的挥发油，通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对两种挥发油的组成成分进行分析，结果从明月草
2、挥发油中鉴定出8种化合物，其中含量最高的是苯酚(CJU)),占69.294%,其次是檯叶油素(CloHl8O),含量为16.732%；从紫背菜挥发油中鉴定出27种化合物，含量最高的为桜叶油素(C1oH18O),占27.022%；其次是己基过氧化氢(C6H1402),含量为18.742%。两种挥发油中共有4种相同成分，分别是：桜叶油素，Cubenol,4-祜烯醇和Q-松油醇。对两种挥发油进行生物活性测试，包括抑菌活性实验、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测试和化感活性实验。结果表明明月草挥发油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽抱杆菌、番茄细菌性溃疡病菌
3、及绿脓杆菌均有抑菌活性，紫背菜挥发油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽砲杆菌、番茄细菌性溃疡病菌具有抑菌活性，明月草和紫背菜挥发油均对鬼针草、黑麦、稗草种子的发芽有抑制作用。关键词：明月草紫背菜挥发油GC-MS生物活性AbstractAngelicakeiskeikoidzumiandGynurabicolorDCarecompositaeplantsofGynuraCass,whichhavebeenusedasmedicineinthefolk,richinavarietyofnutrientsandactiveingredients,
