1、中文摘要明月草(Angelicakeiskeikoidzumi)和紫背菜(GynurabicolorDC)均为菊科菊三七属植物,在民间已被作为药材使用,富含多种营养物质及活性成分,且具有多方面的药理活性。明月草全草可入药,含有多种营养成分和天然活性物质。紫背菜也是一种可食用可入药的野菜,有较好的营养价值和保健功能。目前已有对其营养成分和粗提物的研究,但尚未有对于明月草和紫背菜挥发油的完整研究。本实验研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取明月草和紫背菜的挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对两种挥发油的组成成分进行分析,结果从明月草挥发油中鉴定出8种化合物,其中含量最
2、高的是苯酚(C6H6O),占69.294%,其次是桉叶油素(C10H18O),含量为16.732%;从紫背菜挥发油中鉴定出27种化合物,含量最高的为桉叶油素(C10H18O),占27.022%;其次是己基过氧化氢(C6H14O2),含量为18.742%。两种挥发油中共有4种相同成分,分别是:桉叶油素,Cubenol,4-萜烯醇和α-松油醇。对两种挥发油进行生物活性测试,包括抑菌活性实验、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测试和化感活性实验。结果表明明月草挥发油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、番茄细菌性溃疡病菌及绿脓杆菌均有抑菌活性,紫背菜挥发油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、番茄细菌性溃
