4、erecouldbeabigwastageoftimeandenergy.Nevertheless,thiskindofphenomenoncanbeanotherwaytosuccess,becausethestudentsmayhavethehighestlikelihoodofdiscoveringthebestprojectsolutionsbytrailsanderrors.Furthermore,workingtogetherisconduciveforstudentstolearnf

5、romtheotherness,whichenablesthembecomemoreall-rounded.Itisbecausewhenstudentssetouttodosomething,theyusuallycannotimmediatelygetaclearideabuthavetoencounterunexpectedconditions.Workinginateam,infact,alwaysallowstheparticipatorstosharetheiroriginalstra

6、tegiesforvariousissues,whichwillboosttheirproblem-solvingskills.Nottomentionthepeerpressureeitherrendersanidealenvironmentfortheinspirationofstudents’advances.Therefore,Ibelievemoreopportunitiesaboutsharing,learningandpromoting,areprovidedunderaworkin

7、ggroupratherthanindividualworking.Finally,theworkingefficiencywillbedrasticallyimprovedsinceteamworkingcansimultaneouslygeneratediverseideasandmayorganizethemostreasonableplansforparticularsubjects.Asisacknowledgedtoall,theprosofworkingtogetherlinesin

8、thechancesfordirectinteractionbetweenstudents.Duringspecialdiscussions,suchasbrainstorm,participantscanrespectivelyexpresstheiropinionsandcomeupwithnewwaystoaddressthesametopicwhichmayneverbepossibleforthosewhomerelydependonthemselveswhencarry
