6、esthatdumptoxicwasteintothesurroundingregion’smainwatersupplywillcausediseaseandotherhealthdefectsofthecitizenslivinginthearea.Furthermore,thelocalhealthcaresystemisgoingtobeburdenedanincreasingnumberofpatientswhichresultsinalargecostofmillionsofdollarswhichcouldhavebeenspentonfurtherdevelop

7、ingtheeconomy.Onthecontrast,adequateenvironmentalprotectioncanmakeitpossibleforthewholenaturalandsocialsystemtodevelopinamoreeco-friendlyway.Lastly,byinvestingmoreindevelopingtechnologywhichiseco-friendly,governmentscannotonlyleaveournextgeneration
