6、weuseCV(coefficientofVariation)andwatersupplypressure?asthedecision-makingindexandworkoutawaterstorageprojectlistbyusingGoalProgramming.Basedoncostandbenefitsanalysis,webuildMinimumSpanningTreetoworkouttheoptimalwatertransferplan.Thatis,weshouldtransferwaterfromYangtzewatersh
