2、育症的临床资料，实验组46例采用吸脂联合微创旋切手术治疗男性乳腺发育症，对照组40例采用开放式手术治疗男性乳腺发育症，分析手术切13设计、手术步骤及手术效果。结果术后随访，实验组住院时间(4．5--4-1．5)d、对照组住院时间(7．54-3．0)d，实验组与对照组比较住院时间较短，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。实验组手术瘢痕(1．0±0．3)cm，对照组手术瘢痕(3．5±0．4)cm，实验组与对照组比较，切口隐蔽，乳腺外观形态良好，患者对手术瘢痕及胸部外形满意。两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论吸脂联合微
