1、电弧放电法制备石墨烯1,*关磊1辽宁石油化工大学化学与材料科学学院,抚顺113001*gl_mater@163.com[1]石墨烯自从2004年问世以来,就引起了科学家的极大兴趣和广泛的关注。当石墨的层数少于10时,就[2]会表现出三维石墨不同的电子结构,因此将10层以下的石墨材料统称为石墨烯材料。石墨烯按形貌分类,可分为石墨烯纳米片、纳米线、纳米带和膜等。按取向分类,可分为水平和自由站立石墨烯。一般制得的石墨烯都带有褶皱。采用电弧放电法制备石墨烯是近几年才出现的,分为直流和交流放电两种。原料为石墨或氧化石墨;放电气氛为不活泼气体、H2、NH3或空气;放电方式主要
