3、ThesampleswerefracturedinvacuumandhighresolutionXPSspectraofthefracturedsurfacesweremeasured.Thepeakpositionsandpeakshape2+3+parametersofFe3pforFeandFewerederivedfromtheFe3pXPSspectraofthestandardsamplesof2FeOSiO2andFe2O3,respectively.Usingtheseparameters
