1、糖化血红蛋白对糖尿病诊断及监测的临床意义【摘要】II的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HBAIC)在糖尿病诊断及监测屮的意义。方法在HITACHZ7170全口动牛化分析仪上测定HBAIC及血糖(GLU)含量。其中,正常对照组42例,非糖尿病性血糖升高组22例,2型糖尿病(NIDDM)组57M结果NIDDM组血糖及HBA1C明显高于正常对照组,非糖尿病性血糖升高组GLU明显高于正常对照组(PV0.01),而HBAIC无明显差异(P>0.01)oGLU水平越高HBAIC含量越高(PV0.01)。糖尿病并发症的发生率随HBAIC水平升高而升高(PV0.01)o

6、inthesurveillanceofdevelopmentofdiabetes,andinthedifferentialdiagnosisofnon-diabeteshighbloodglucose,loo.Keywords:diabetes;bloodglucose;glycosylatedhemoglobin糖尿病是由胰岛素相对或绝对不足引起的一种复杂的代谢性疾病。病情重者常伴有各系统代谢紊乱,出现一系列并发症,可致死亡。本文通过对正常人群,非糖尿病性血糖升高者和2型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血液HBAIC及血糖之间关系的分析,探讨HB
7、AIC在糖尿病诊断和监测中的意义。1材料和方法11对象121例血液标本取自医院门诊体检者以及住院治疗病人,男75例女46例年龄27〜90岁,其中正常对照42例均无糖尿病病史;非糖尿病性血糖升高者(术后22例,N1DDM患者57例。12方法取空腹静脉血2ml,氟化钠+川:素钠抗凝,在HITACHZ7170全向动生化分析仪上测定GLU,HBAIC含量。GLU采川葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)法,HBAIC采川免疫透射比浊法测定,试剂由美国罗氏试剂公司提供。2结果21NIDDM组与止常対照纟II.及非糖尿病性血糖升高纽GLU,HBAIC测定结果见表kNI
8、DDM组GLU及HBAIC明显高于正常对照组,非糖尿病性血糖升高组GLU明显离于正常对照组而HBAIC无显著差异。57例NIDDM患者屮GLU>10mmol/L的35例,占614
