3、hicles.TheultimategoalofNCAPistoimproveoccupantsafetybyprovidingmarketincentivesforvehiclemanufacturerstovoluntarilydesigntheirvehiclestobetterprotectoccupantsinacrashandbelesssusceptibletorollover,ratherthanbyregulatorydirectives•NCAPprovidesconsumerswithvehiclesafetyi
