1、盆底功能康复治疗产后压力性尿失禁的研究观察【摘要】目的：评价电刺激+盆底肌生物反馈治疗及电刺激+盆底肌生物反馈+场景生物反馈治疗两种盆底功能康复治疗模式对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效观察及预后的影响。方法：选取2012年3-10月笔者所在医院自然分娩、产后5〜6周复诊时发现压力性尿失禁的产妇120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组给予电刺激+盆底肌生物反馈治疗，观察组给予电刺激+盆底肌生物反馈+场景生物反馈治疗。于产后6个月随访，通过两组盆底肌电生理指标测定及尿垫试验进行评估。结果：两组经过治疗后盆底肌电生理指标测定都有明显
2、的提高，治疗尿失禁有效率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)o但产后6个月随访尿失禁复发率观察组较对照组明显低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。结论：产后早期进行生物反馈电刺激治疗结合盆底肌训练对产后盆底肌功能的康复有显著意义，根据个体差异选择不同的治疗方案，对巩固疗效，预防复发有良好的作用。【关键词】压力性尿失禁；电刺激；生物反馈；盆底功能障碍性疾病中图分类号R694文献标识码A文章编号1674-6805(2014)14-0001-02StudyofPelvicFloorFunctionRehabilitationint
