1、农村信用社风险及防范对策摘要在广泛关注和研究风险的背景下，农村信用社面临的风险是尤为突出的，如何正确认识和防范农村信用社的风险，对农村信用社的进一步发展来说，是具有很重要的意义。木文从我国农村信用社的产生背景、性质出发，对农村信用社风险的成因作出了深入的分析，并提出了一系列防范农村信用社风险的措施。木文主要从以下儿个方面分析了农村信用社的风险，从农村信用社自身的发展情况，风险产生的原因和我国农村信用社而临的主要风险，通过认识风险评估的方法和农村信用社的风险管理方法，以及VaR模型在农村信用社风险管理中的应用，全面的了解农村信用社的风险。论文
2、对农村信用社的风险防范对策，主要从三个方面提出來和关的建议和对策，包括建立统一的风险管理机构和组织体系，明确各部门、各岗位的职责，做到层层防范可能产生的风险；建立风险的预警机制，加强对齐行业间和客户个人的风险实施预警分析，将某些行业的变动趋势因素纳入风险预警系统指标体系中；要加强金融监管的力度，金融主管机关耍加人对农村信用社风险的监督和管理，制定严格的制度，完善监管工作，指导农村信用社做好防范风险的管理。关键词：农村信用社；风险；风险管理；防范措施Theruralcreditcooperativesriskandcountermeasure
