1、AbstractSpotweldingisthemost-widely-usedkindofbondingtechnologywiththemaximumefficiencyinthecarbodymanufacturingprocess.Andthespotweldingquality,mechanicalpropertiesandweldingdistortionofsheetmetal,havealwaysbeenaverystrikingproblemintheengineeringpractice,asitafftctsthesafetyandqualityofcars.Theref
2、ore,researchthemechanicalpropertiesofspotweldedstructuresisofgreatsignificancetoimproveproductquality,enhancethemarketcompetitivenessofproducts.DP600dual-phasehigh-strengthsteelisamaterialwhichhasrecentlybeenwidelyusedinmachineryproduction,inthisstudy,theweldingprocessofequal-thicknessDP600steelplat
3、ewasfirstlythermalsimulated,usingthethermalcouplingunitestablishedatwo・dimensionalaxisymmctricfiniteelementmodel,simplifyingthecontactresistancebetweenthecombinationsurfaceandelectrode-workpieceinterfacetoafunctionoftemperature,analyzingtheweldingprocessoftheequal-thicknesssheetconsideringthetempera
4、ture-dependentthermophysicalpropertiesparametersofthematerialandgottheresultsoftemperaturefieldanalysis.Then,takethermalelastic-plasticanalysisonresistancespotweldingprocessofthesheetwithtemperature,intheanalysiswccangetthecontactpressuredistributionandvariationofcombinesurfaceandelectrode-workpiece
5、interface,aswellasthestress,strainanddeformationofspotweldingjoints.Secondly,withthemaximumcircumferentialstrainfailurecriteria,respectivelynumericalsimulatedthecrackextensionprocessofDP600dual-phaseequal-thicknesssteelplateweldedstructure,whenit'sunderaone-waystrippingloadandundersymmetricalcyclest
