1、双因素理论在企业管理中的应用摘要随着经济的日益迅速发展,人力资源管理特别是激励问题在企业中的地位和作用日益增强。当全球性的金融危机蔓延席卷全球,对我国的企业造成巨大打击,管理者们逐渐开始意识到管理的重要性,特别是员工的重要地位,因此,如何管理企业员工,了解他们的需求,激发他们的潜力,成为了企业在激烈的竞争中需要重点关注的问题。本文以企业为研究对象,以赫茨伯格的双因素理论为理论依据,按照“三段论”的形式,即,提出问题,分析问题,解决问题的思路进行撰写。文章首先对企业所面临的现状进行综合的分析,进而引出有关赫茨伯格双因素理论的概述,然后按

4、fiercecompetition.Thisarticleisasubjectwhichstudiesthemedium-sizedandsmallenterprises,basesacademicallyonHerzberg'sdouble-factorstheory,andwritesaccordingto"syllogistic"form,thatis,putforwardtheproblem,analyzeitandsolveit.Thearticlefirstlygivesacomprehensiveanalysisofth
