3、eloadingport(s)orplace(s)statedinBox10orsoneartheretoasshemaysafelygetandliealwaysafloat,andthereloadafullandcompletecargo(ifshipmentofdeckcargoagreedsametobeattheCharterers'riskand10responsibility)asstatedinBox12,whichtheCharterersbindthemselvestoship,andbeingsoloadedtheVesselshallproceedtothe
