3、mpletecargo(ifshipmentofdeckcargoagreedsametobeattheCharterers'riskandresponsibility)asstatedinBox12,whichtheCharterersbindthemselvestoship,andbeingsoloadedtheVesselshallproceedtothedischargingport(s)orplace(s)statedinBox11asorderedonsigningBillsofLading,orsoneartheretoasshemaysafel

6、sproperlymanned,equippedandsupplied,orbythepersonalactordefaultoftheOwnersortheirManager.AndtheOwnersarenotresponsibleforloss,damageordelayarisingfromanyothercausewhatsoever,evenfromtheneglectordefaultoftheMasterorcreworsomeotherpersonemployedbytheOwnersonboardorashoreforwhoseactsth
