3、deckcargoagreedsametobeattheCharterers’riskandresponsibility)asstatedinBox12,whichtheCharterersbindthemselvestoship,andbeingsoloadedtheVesselshallproceedtothedischargingport(S)orplace(s)statedinBox11asorderedonsigningBillsofLading,orsoneartheretoasshemaysafelygetandliealwaysa
