1、特医食品（培精素、培卵素）在治疗不孕不育中的作用探究北京陆军总医院张文晶、刘勉【摘要】目的：探讨不孕不育与营养的关系及特医食品（培精素、培卵素）的治疗效果。方法：对2013年1月到2015年3月对北京、上海和广州等10城市医院不孕不育患者的临床资料进行搜集和分析，并将2367例患者随机分为2组，分别在对症治疗的基础上加用培精素、培卵素和维生素治疗，比较两组患者的精子质量、卵子质量、试管婴儿和人工授精成功率。结果：2367例患者中以原发性不孕症为主，所占比例为60.4%，不孕症患者的年龄集中在31-35；肥胖者为684例，消瘦者190例，所占比例分别为28.9%和8.0%。男性体脂率大于20%

2、为473例，女性体脂率大于25%为591例；经过培精素、培卵素治疗后，患者在精子质量、卵子质量、试管婴儿和人工授精成功率上显著高于维生素治疗组（P＜0.05），并具有统计学差异。结论：采用培精素、培卵素治疗后可有效提高患者的怀孕率，值得临床参考。【关键词】不孕不育；营养；培精素；培卵素AnExplorationoftheRoleofSpermNourishingEssence＆OvumNourishingEssenceintheTreatmentofInfertility【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweeninfert
