1、浅谈中国金融期货的发展摘要本文在研究金融期货理论知识的基础上，结合中国经济发展及金融体制改革的实践，具体分析了屮国建立与发展金融期货市场的必要性和可行性，针对发展金融期货中存在的障碍因素，提出了建立与发展中国金融期货市场的建议。全文共分为六个部分：第一部分为金融期货概述。主耍介绍了金融期货的概念、种类、特点、功能及作用。第二部分为金融期货发展历史概况。分别从外汇期货、国债期货及股指期货三个方面阐述金融期货的历史发展过程。第三部分是屮国金融期货市场的发展现状。首先分析金融期货交易所的发展现状，进而分析金融期货产品的发展现状。第四部分为金融期货发展中存在的问题。当前我国金融期货在发展

2、屮述存在许多问题，如市场机制不够健全、缺乏现货市场的支持、金融期货经济公司的管理与风险存在漏洞以及投资者口身存在的问题。第五部分针对前文提出的问题，提出了发展金融期货的对策建议。在人力借鉴国外发展金融期货经验的基础上，把风险控制放在发展我国金融期货的首位，大力培养机构投资者、完善现货市场体系、加强投资者的教育，同时培养专业化的金融期货人才。关键词金融期货金融期货市场存在问题发展策略展望AbstractBasedonthestudyoftheoreticalknowledgeofthefinancialsystemofpractice,thispaperanalysisthenec
