1、论文题目：浅析我国BT项目融资模式的风险与对策摘要BT作为目前我国所流行的一种新的融资方式，为我国地方政府解决了许多资金不足的问题，这些年来，我国一边加强地方政府的债务管理，一边推动我国城镇化的建设，使得我国基础设施的建设的资金面临着严重不足。BT作为目前我国所流行的一种新的融资方式，为我国地方政府解决了许多资金不足的问题，也为财政资金之外的资本有了更多的投资方式。我国慕础设施的投融方式正在发生着重大的改革和变化。这些年来，BT模式已经成为国际项目中较为流行的投资融资模式。因为该模式是由国外传进来的，所以在我国使用的时间还是比较短的，大部
2、分BT项目投资非常大、技术水平高、建设周期和资金回收历吋也比较长，这就使得相关的风险也比很大。这样就使得积累的经验是不足的，最后使得在具体项目的实施中会存在管理以及机制等等方而出现了问题。这应该引起国内相关行业人员的重视。并且其对于我国来说，不仅可以缓解我国地方政府的投资能力和借贷能力的压力，还能够帮助我国民间的资本流动。对于施工方来说，除了市场规模的扩大，还有自身经营方式的变化。因此对于BT项目的研究对于我国来说是十分重要的。本文作者对BT模式进行了讨论分析，并提出相应的对策。关键词：BT；项目融资；风险；对策AbstractAsane
