1、海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察摘要目的:探讨海昆肾喜联合渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:按照数字随机分组法将我院收治的252例DN患者均分为联合组、海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,在常规糖尿病治疗基础上,联合组给了海昆恃喜联合渴络欣治疗,海昆肾喜组仅给了海昆肾喜治疗,渴络欣组仅给了渴络欣治疗,比较3组患者临床疗效及治疗询、后FBG、TG、TC、LDL・C、HDL・C、BUN、Scr、mAlb、UTP变化情况。结果:联合组患者治疗显效率及总有效率均明显高于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,差异均具冇显著性(P
2、V0.05);3组患者治疗后FBG未发生明显变化,均在7.8mmol/L以下:3组患者治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C均发生明显变化,与治疗前比较,差异均具有显著性(PV0.05);联合组患者治疗后TG、TC和LDL-C均明显低于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,HDL・C明显高于海昆肾喜组和渴络欣组,差异均具冇显著性(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后BUN、Scr>mAlb和UTP均明显降低与治疗前比较,差杲均具有显著性(PV0.05);联合组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、mAlb和UTP均明显低于海昆肾喜组和渴络
