1、胃炎与胃溃疡治疗中不合理用药的临床分析摘要：目的：深讨临床治疗胃炎以及胃溃疡的不合理用药现象，并进行临床分析。方法：调查并记录2010年〜2014年间笔者所在医院内科就诊的胃炎、胃溃疡患者400例的用药情况，结合实际临床经验，查阅相关文献，回顾性分析总结这5年间胃炎、胃溃疡的常用医嘱，最终从药理机制方面深讨临床治疗胃炎、胃溃疡的不合理用药现象。结果：400例研究资料屮，发现120例患者资料存在不合理用药现象，不合理用药比例为30.0%。其中配伍方式不合理是不合理用药的主要原因，研究资料中包含质子泵抑制剂与做剂配伍不合理现象、H2受体拮抗剂与抗酸剂配伍不合理现象、吗丁啦与抗胆碱药物配伍

2、不合理现象以及胃黏膜保护剂与抗酸剂配伍不合理现象等。结论：用药不合理极易导致患者疾病治疗效果差，不良反应增多等现象的发牛，应引起医护人员的高度重视。医护人员应有高度的责任心，加强学习，准确了解用药信息及熟练掌握药物作用机理及配伍禁忌，合理进行药物配伍，防止不合理用药现象的产生。关键词：胃炎；胃溃疡；不合理用药；配伍不合理Abstract:objectivetodeepforclinicaltreatmentofgastritisandpepticulcerisnotrationaldruguse,andclinicalanalysis.Methodstoinvestigateandr
