1、老年患者腹股沟斜疝不同手术方式的临床对比研究【摘要】目的：探讨无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011年1-12月笔者所在医院行腹股沟修补术的老年患者80例临床资料，随机分为无张力组40例和传统组40例。无张力组采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗，传统组采用传统疝修补术治疗。比较两组的手术疗效、手术时间、术后下地时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率及复发率。结果：无张力组总有效率为97.5%,传统组总有效率为95.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；无张力组手术耗时、下地时间及住院时间均明显短于传统组（P〈0・05）,术后疼痛、术后并发症发生率以
