3、domlydividedinto2groups(n=54intreatmentgroup,n=38incontrolgroup2).TheevaluationofradiationinducedacutedermatitiswasdoneaccordingtoCTC.V2.0proposedbyNCI.RESULTS:Skinreactionrateandgradeinthepreventiongroup(32・0%)wasobviouslylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup1(92.2%)(u=6.769,P<0.01).ThemiIdradiationre
4、action(1+2grade)rateinthepreventiongroup(28・0%)wasobviouslylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup1(70.6%),withsignificantdifferencebetweenthe2groups(x2=22.226,P&It;0.01).Theeffectiverateof3gradeacuteradiationinduceddermatitisintreatmentgroupwas92.6%(50/54),betterthanthatincontrolgroup2(65.9%,25/38)(x2=6.01
5、8,P=0.024).Thehealingtimeof3graderadiationinduceddermatitiswas(11.07±2.21)dinthetreatmentgroupsandwasobviouslyshorterthanthatofthecontrolgroup2(18.08±1.76)d(u=16.932,P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Lianbailiquidcaneffectivelypreventirradiationinducedacutedermalinjuryandtreatthe3graderadiationinducedacuteskin
6、injury.Theapplicationof1ianbai1iquidissafe,economicandconvenient・Itcanalleviatethepatientssufferingandimprovetheirqualityoflife・[Keywords1coptidisrhizoma;cortexphellodendri;radiodermatitis【摘要】目的：观察连柏液在预防和治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤中的作用.方法：200005/200512治疗的126例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2个组，75例在第1次放射治疗后给予连柏液外涂为预防组，51例只做常规放射治疗宣教和健康教育
7、为对照1组.将同期出现3级急性放射性皮肤损伤的92例患者随机分成治疗组54例，对照2组常规治疗38例.根据NCI制定的CTC.V2.0急性放射性皮肤损伤的分级标准进行临床评价.结果：皮肤反应发生率预防组和对照1组分别为32.0%,92.2%,差异有统计学意义(u=6.769,P<0.01).轻度放射反应仃+2级)预防组为2&0%(21/75),对照1组为70・6%(36/51),两组比较差异有统计学意义
