2、数的影响,采用LED老化仪对不同封装形式的LED器件进行了光衰测试,结果表明:采用不同支架封装对LED器件光电参数影响很小;提高晶片厚度可以增加光效,但光谱中黄绿光成分随之增加,色度坐标偏离白光区域;随着测试电流的降低,器件光效显著增加,AB胶的引入可以增加器件的光效。而在1000小时光衰测试中并未出现发光衰减。关键词:LED;YAG;单晶;封装;光效Abstract:Ce,Sm:YAG single crystal for white light emitting diode (LED) was grown by Czochralski method. The crysta

4、he device have little effect.Thickness of the wafer can be increased to improve light efficiency, but increases the spectral components in yellow-green,white chromaticity coordinates deviate from the region.With lower test current,there is significant increasing in device efficiency.The int
