1、摘要本论文主要采用固相法制备铈离子掺杂的钇铝石榴石(YAG:Ce)荧光粉,系统探讨原材料、助熔剂及离子取代对荧光粉性能的影响,并对液相法制备荧光粉进行初步探讨。实验中首先探讨Al(Oh03和A1203两种不同原料对荧光粉性能的影响,在一定温度下制备含助熔剂和不含助熔嗣的荧光粉,发现两种原料制各的样品在晶体结构、微观形貌和荧光性能上没有明显差另lj,考虑到实际生产效率,选用A1203作为原料之一:接着比较Ce02、Ce(N03)3·6H20和Ce2(C03)3·5H20三-种不同原料对荧光粉性能的影响,实验发现,Ce02为原科时,容易获得YAG纯相,荧光性能较优
2、;之后针对液相法制备前驱体的反应活性对荧光粉纯相形成的影响进行分析;然后讨论H3803及NaF、MgF2、BaF2和A1F3四种氟化物作为助熔剂对荧光粉性能的影响,结果表明添加H3803有利于YAG纯相形成和晶粒长大,而添加氟化舸促进晶核的形成,获得晶粒比较细小的荧光粉,混合瀑加Haa03和BaF2,调节两者比例,可制备出激发波长466nln、发射波长533曲的荧光粉,其相对亮度高于添加单一助熔剂的样品。考虑到实际应用中各种蓝光LED芯片波长不同,实验中还采用Gd离子和Ga离子分别取代Y离子和Al离子,并调节热处壤时阀,制各激发波长430nln至47tram,
