2、84.69%)。革兰氏阳性菌对司帕沙星的敏感率略高于革兰氏阴性菌,分别为100%和96.68%(P>0.05)o金葡球菌、人肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌对司帕沙星的敏感率分别为100%、94.12%、95.00%和88.89%<>MIC测定结果表明,司帕沙星对所有细菌的MIC均低于其它4种抗菌药物。抑制50%和90%的金葡•球菌所需的司帕沙星浓度为0.125和2mg/L,是其它药物1/4〜1/16。对于肠杆菌科的细菌,司帕沙星的MIC50和MIC90在0.5和4mg/L之间,是其它4种药物1/4〜1/8倍。对于铜绿假驻胞菌
3、,司帕沙星的MIC50和MIC90与环丙沙星和依诺沙星相同,低于洛美沙星和氧氟沙星。对不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性优于其它4种药物4〜8倍。所有5种氟嗤诺酮药物对沙门氏菌屈和具它肠杆菌均显示非常好的体外抗菌活性。MIC90在<0.06〜0.5mg/L之间。以上说明,司帕沙星较洛美沙星、氧氟沙星、坏丙沙星和依诺沙星具有更好的体外抗菌活性。StudyonsusceptibilityofclinicalbacteriaisolatestosparfloxacinFengPing,ZhangHuilin,LuXiaoju,YuRujia,Zh
