1、手术联合放疗在视网膜母细胞瘤治疗中的效果观察【摘要】目的：探讨视网膜母细胞瘤手术联合放疗的临床效果。方法：选取2009年1月-2012年6月的100例视网膜母细胞瘤患者，在患者知情同意的前提下，分为两组，观察组50例在术后均接受放射治疗，对照组50例仅给予常规手术治疗。随访2年以上，统计两组患者1年、2年生存率及复发转移率。结果：两组术后随访24〜60个月，平均随访（43.89±5.39）个月。观察组术后1年生存率为100%,对照组为88%,观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（卩〈0.05）。观察组术后1年复发转移率为2%,对照组为18%,观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学
2、意义（P<0.05）o观察组术后2年生存率为98%,对照组为80%,观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。观察组术后2年复发转移率为8%,对照组为24%,观察组明显低于对照组，差异具冇统计学意义（P<0.05）o结论：术后放疗在视网膜母细胞瘤的治疗中起到重要作用，可达到控制肿瘤复发转移、提高生存率的目的。【关键词】视网膜母细胞瘤；放射治疗；手术；临床观察【Abstract]Objective：Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofretinoblastomaoperationcombinedwithradiotherapyinthetr
