1、急性胰腺炎早期IL—6的动态变化及其临床意义【摘要】目的：探讨急性胰腺炎早期IL-6变化及与疾病严重程度相关性。方法：选取2008年2月-2013年2月木院住院的101例AP患者,根据病情程度将其分为轻症组43例，中重症组31例，重症组27例，同时选取30例健康查体者作为对照组。应用双抗休夹心免疫发光法测定患者第1、3、7、10天血清中IL-6含量，比较三组患者之间IL-6含量变化。结果：在组间比较屮，轻症患者dl、d3及d7血清IL-6含量明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)；中重症及重症患者dl、d3、d7及dlO血清IL-6
