1、感染性心内膜炎72例临床分析作者：土国华，秦永文单位：上海宝山中心医院心内科(王国华)；上海，第二军医大学长海医院心内科(秦永文)【摘要】目的分析近年來感染性心内膜炎(1E)临床特点的变化。方法冋顾性分析1998年10月—2006年6月住院治疗的72例IE患者的的临床资料，包括血培养、超声检查、手术治疗及预后等资料。结果72例IE患者中,<40岁44例(61.1%),风湿性心脏病37例(51.4%),先天性心脏病16例(22.2%),特发性二尖瓣脱垂及关闭不全13例(1&1%),分别居基础心脏病的前3位。不规则发热53例(73.6%)、
2、心力哀渴26例(36.1%)、跚L18例(25.0%)、脾肿大6例(8.3%).Osler结2例(2.8%)和脑血管意外1例(1.4%)。超声心动图检查发现赘牛物49例(68.1%)；细菌培养47例，阳性22例(46.8%),其中致病菌为链球菌16例(34.0%),葡萄球菌4例(8.5%),肠球菌1例(2.1%)、其他细菌1例(2.1%)；手术治疗65例(90.3%),住院期间死亡1例(1.4%)。繼IE多见于40岁以下人群，以风湿性心脏病为常见基础心脏病，链球菌是常见致病菌，及时手术能降低住院病死率。【关键词】心内膜炎，感染性；流行病学；临床分析Cli
