1、口服克洛已新治疗小儿呼吸道感染疗效观【中图分类号】R725.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-(2010)12-0053-02【摘要】目的：探讨口服克洛已新干混悬剂的临床疗效。方法：将76例(男30人，女46人)年龄6月〜5岁的急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管炎的患儿作为研究对象，随机分成两组，治疗组40人，对照组36人，症状均以发热为主要表现、咳嗽轻，肺部均有痰鸣音。两组血常规及cRp均提示细菌感染。两组症状体征无统计学差异。治疗组给予克洛已新干混悬剂(江苏正大清江药业有限公司)，其组分为：每袋含头胞克洛250mg,盐酸漠已新8.77mg,按体重以头胞克洛计一日2
2、0〜40mg/kg,分3次服用,连服5〜7天，对照组给予头胞氨节颗粒和其他化痰药5〜7天。疗效判断：显效:服药2天热退4天咳嗽止，肺部痰鸣音消失。有效：服药3天热退6天咳嗽止，肺部痰鸣音消失，无效：7天后仍咳嗽、肺部痰鸣音存在。结果：治疗组总有效率88.7%,对照组65.2%,两组经治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论：克洛已新干混悬剂组方合理，治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管炎疗效显著，且快捷、方便、节省费用，适合在儿科推广。【关键词】口服；克洛已新干混悬剂；小儿呼吸道感TakesorallyCloetotreattheyoungchildrespirator
