1、中药泻火解毒汤治疗慢性淋病临床研究［摘耍］冃的：观察中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病的临床疗效。方法：对30例慢性淋病患者使用屮药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂内服及外用治疗，每II「剂，常规煎煮，早晚分服，连服1个月，其药渣再煎，取煎液加口矶12g,熏洗局部或处浴20min。观察分泌物细菌培养情况，用PCR证实，以及为对照组比较治疗前后的变化及临床疗效。结果：试验组症状较治疗前明显减轻，病程明显缩短。结论：中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病有效,患者依从性好，值得临床推广应用。［关键词］慢性淋病；中药疗法；临床研究［中图分类号］R26［文献

3、Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicaloutcomeofAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSouponthechronicgonorrhea.Methods:50caseswereselected・30wererandomizedintothetreatmontgroupwhichacceptedtheAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSoup1dosedailydividedintomorningportio
4、nandeveningportionwhiletheresidualswerere-boiledadding12gramalumforahipbathcontinuouslyonemonth;and20caseswereinthecontrolgroupwhichacceptedtheroutineantibioticstreatment・ExcretionsofallcasesweretestedbymicrobiologicalcultureandconfirmedbyPCR・Theclinicaloutcomeswereobserv
5、ed・Results:Muchreliefwasachievedandshortendiseasedurationwasgotinmostcasesoftheexperimentgroup.Tntheexperimentalgroup,25of30casesfullyrecovered,5of30wereineffective.Thetotalcureratewas83-3%,whichwasmuchhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Beforetreatment50excretionsofa
6、llcasesofchronicgonorrhoaweretestedbymicrobiologicalcultureandonly41withcultureresultofNeisseriagonorrhoeas(82・0%),2trichomonadand2fungus(4.0%respectively),8withnegativeculture(16.0%).Aftertreatment,26of30intheexperimentgroupwereculturenegative(26/30,thenegativerateofmicr
7、obiologicalculturewas86.7%),whichwasmarkedhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(6/20,30.0%),significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheresultssuggestthattheAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSoupusedinthisstudyissignificantlyeffectiveandsafelyforthetreatmentofchronicgonorrheawi
