1、20例妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的临床观察20例妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的临床观察李凯霞淮安市妇幼保健院,江苏淮安223300[摘要]目的硏究观察妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院2011-2013年妇产科接收治疗的腹部切口脂肪液化20例患者,随机分成两组,每组各10例。一组给予常规治疗方法,即为常规组;一组给予微波治疗方法,即为微波组。结果通过该组研究可知,微波组10例患者中,显效5例,有效4例,无效1例,其总疗效率90.0%。常规组10例患者中,显效3例,有效3例,无效4例,其总疗效率60.0%。微波组总疗效率明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。
2、微波组的治疗时间、切口术后愈合时间也明显优于常规组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用微波治疗方法,能够加速切口愈合,减少住院时长,减轻患者痛苦的同时也减少了治疗费用,使临床疗效得到显著提高,具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。关键词腹部切口;脂肪液化;临床观察[中图分类号]R452[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-0742(2013)12(c)-0010-02ClinicalObservationon20CasesofAbdominalIncisionFatLiquefactioninDepartmentofObstetricsandGynecologyLIKa
