1、颅内血肿微创清除术治疗急性重型脑出血疗效观察作者简介：劳国权，男，45岁，外科副主任医师，从事临床工作24年。【摘要】目的：探讨治疗急性重型脑出血的有效办法。方法:采用YL-1型颅内血肿微创清除术治疗38例急性重型脑出血患者（治疗组）与传统开颅术（对照组）进行比较。结果:治疗组的总有效率达81.58%,对照组的为56.76%；治疗组和对照组治疗前与治疗后，以及治疗组与对照组治疗后的神经功能缺损积分值比较，均有显著性差异；治疗组治疗后的神经功能恢复明显优于对照组。结论：采用YL-1型颅内血肿微创清除术治疗
