5、edgraduallydownwardtothewholeleafbladeandeventheleafsheath.Comparedwiththewildtype,thechlorophyllandthenetphotosyntheticrateoflmni4weresignificantlyrecluced.Theplantheight,paniclelength,seedsettingrate,grainweightwerealsodecreasedsignificantly.Theshadingassayshowedthat
6、thelesionsonlmm4leaveswereinducedbynaturallight•Thehistologicalstainingassayindicatcdthatthclcsionsonlmm4leaveswerecausedbyprogrammedcelldeathanclhydrogenpcroxidcaccumulatcdinlmin4leaves.The1mm4displayedhigherresistancetoblastraceC7anclG1whencomparedwiththewi1dtype.Ina
