1、脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死临床研究【摘要】目的：观察脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：对240例急性脑梗死患者按入院先后顺序随机分为三组：脉络宁组80例、川茸嗪组80例、丹参低右组80例，脉络宁组采用脉络宁20ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴，1次/d,14d为一疗程，休3d后继续第二疗程。川茸嗪组给予川茸嗪80mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴，方法同脉络宁组。丹参低右组采用复方丹参16ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml屮静滴，另加低分子右旋糖gf500ml静滴，1次/d,2周为一疗程。三组均不用其他扩血管药物，但可辅用神经细胞活化剂及对症治疗如抗高血
2、压、降颅压、抗感染等。结果：三组间临床疗效两两对比，脉络宁组与川茸嗪组、丹参低右组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0・05）,表明脉络宁组疗效明显优于川茸嗪组、丹参低右组；脉络宁组与丹参组总冇效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；川茸嗪组与丹参低右组之间总有效率比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。结论：脉络宇治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，起效快，住院时间短，有推广应用价值。【关键词】脉络宁；川写嗪；丹参；急性脑梗死；疗效ClinicalStudyofMailuoninginTreatmentofAcuteCerebralInfarction/C
