1、毕业论文（20__届）基于JSP的宁波成品房交易系统分析与设计——用户管理与交易信息管理模块摘要随着中国经济的快速发展，买房已经渐渐开始成为许多家庭不可或缺的需要。但考虑到时间、地理、空间等各方面因素，人们很难马上找到适合自己的房产，每次实地考察费时又费力，并据调查，我国各大城市内买房一族人数较多，但由于没有较专业的成品房交易机构，导致许多人只能买毛坯房，室内设计与装潢需购房者自行负责，且收费很高。面对这迫切又有利的环境，实在的需求，成品房交易系统必将会有很大的发展空间与存在潜力。本文首先分析了国内成品房发展现状、国外成品房的兴起和发展、国内现有房产交易网站，在此基础上阐述了面向对象

2、的开发方法和基于B/S的体系结构，重点说明基于JSP的成品房交易系统的分析，包括需求捕获、领域模型、用例模型、交互模型的内容。在设计阶段运用MacromediaDreamweaver和Netbeans开发工具进行编码，应用SQLServer2000构建后台数据库管理。还设计了系统的功能模块，并对用户管理模块、交易信息管理模块进行了详细的设计，同时也说明了部分功能模块的实现方法。最后还介绍了本系统运用的关键技术及部分界面的实现。关键词：成品房；JSP；面向对象；UMLAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofChina’seconomic,buyingahous
