1、摘要为了适应21世纪经济和科技激烈竞争的形势，各国均大力加强创新型人才的培养。大学本科毕业设计其自身的内涵特征决定了它在培养创新人才方而具冇得天独厚的便利条，是其他任何教学环节都不可替换的重要综合实践训练环节。木文以某知名大学工科学院M老师基于研究性教学视角进行的毕业设计改革为例，选取了参加实验人员屮8名具有代表性在读大四本科生进行为时九个月的实地调查。研究实施过程中笔者运用质性和量性研究两相结合的方法对所选取的8名学生进行观察、访谈、以及跟踪调查，并对研究过程进行全程记录，运用创新能力评价指标体系检测，最终探索出毕业设计过程屮学生创新能力的培养方式，毕业设计

2、质量提升的有效途径，深化并丰富了研究性教学的理论，也为后来研究提供了可供参考的研究的模式。本文从有效激发兴趣、充分保证时间、发挥教师指导作用以及科学掌握研究方法四个方而对创新能力的培养捉出了建议。并在实践研究屮总结出具冇特色的四个阶段、六次汇报的毕业设计改革过程，为毕业设计的改革的方式、创新能力的培养模式都进一步探索了可行之路。关键词：大学本科毕业设计研究性教学创新能力AbstractInordertoadapttothefuriouscompetitionofeconomyandtechnologyinthe21stcentury.Countriesareg
