3、choftheburglary.Thispaperadoptsaspecialwaywhichcombiningthetheoreticalandapplicationresearchtheory,andusealotkindsofresearchingmethodstodiscussthetopicoftheburglary.Besidestheintroductionandconclusion,thispapercanbedividedintofourparts.Thefirstpartisthecompara
4、tivestudyoftheburglary;thesecondpartisabouttheanalysisofthebasictheoryoftheburglary;thethirdpartisaboutthedefectsofthecriminallawofourcountryinregulatingtheburglary;thefourthpartisabouttheconstructionoftheburglarysystem.Thefirstpartisthecomparativestudyofthebu
5、rglary.Therearegreatdifferencesinthecriminallawinthetwolegalsystems.TheAngloAmericancriminallawhasnotdefiningthe"burglary"5,butputtingitintothechargesoftheft.Andinthecommonlawcountries,whendecidingatheft,theremustsomepropertyinfringed,andthosebehaviorsthatdidn
