1、毕业论文（20__届）宁波现代服务业国际竞争力研究IV摘要在全球，现代服务业正成为国家经济增长的重要标志，是现代经济持续快速发展的主要源动力。现代服务业已经成为宁波市国民经济发展的支柱产业和主导力量。然而，由于自身存在的现代服务业人才缺乏，城市基础设施不完善和现代服务业内部结构调整慢等一系列问题，使得宁波现代服务业国际竞争力和大城市相比存在一定差距。本论文在借助前人研究成果的基础上，运用迈克尔·波特的国家竞争优势理论模型一“钻石模型”，具体分析了影响宁波市现代服务业发展的几个因素，生产要素、企业战略、相关产业支持、需求状况、政府作用及机遇六个方面,对宁波市现代服务业的国

2、际竞争力进行了解释，从而发现宁波市发展现代服务业的优势与劣势。最后结合宁波现代服务业具体的发展状况，提出提升宁波现代服务业对现代服务业专业人才的培养和内部结构的调整的发展战略。关键词：现代服务业；国际竞争力；钻石模型IVAbstractIntheworld,modernserviceindustrybecomingtheimportantengineofthenationaleconomicgrowth,isamainimpetusthatmakestheeconomykeepondevelopingquickly.Themodernserviceindustryhas
