1、纳布啡复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术麻醉及术后镇痛效果研究[摘要]目的研究納布啡复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术中的麻醉效果以及术后的镇痛效果。方法方便选择2016年4月—2018年2月期间在该接受无痛人工流产术治疗的100例早孕患者，回顾其无痛人工流产术中所采用的麻醉方案，据此进行分组研究，其中50例人流B组患者均单纯应用2mg/kg丙泊酚的麻醉方案，而其他50例人流N组患者均联合应用0.15mg/kg纳布啡,2mg/kg丙泊酚的麻醉方案。分别严密观察两组人流患者，精心观测及准确记录两组人流患者的麻醉效果。结果人流B组患者的VAS分级结果为0～I级35例、Ⅱ级15例、Ⅲ级

2、0例，明显高于人流N组的0～I级17例、Ⅱ级21例、Ⅲ级12例，两两相比其差异有统计学意义（χ2=19.2308，P<0.05）；在麻醉满意度的NRS评分方面，人流N组为（9.46±0.28）分明显高于人流B组的（8.32±0.74）分，差异有统计学意义（t=1.9845，P<0.05）。人流N组患者不良事件的发生率4%明显低于人流B组24%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=32.4000，P<0.05）。结论纳布啡复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术麻醉及术后镇痛效果均十分理想，符合临床的期望，且发生的不良事件较少，是一种理想的麻醉方案。[关键词]纳布啡复合丙泊酚；无痛人工流产术；
