2、sizes“zeroconcept”whichmeansachievementofthegoalsofzerodefects,zeroqueues,zeroinventories,zerobreakdownandsoon.JITdistributionisakindofthedistributionmodesthatcanmakethedistributiontokeeppacewiththeproductofthemanufacturingfirms.TherealizationofJITrequiredthedistributionsystemwithhighte
3、chnologyandadvanceddistributionfacilities.Becauseitwasrequiredtoreactrapidly,itwasimpossibletomakethedistributionplanstogetherwithmanyclients.Therefore,JITwasfitfortheassembledcustomerswhoweremass-producedrepeatedly,especiallysuitedfortheconstructionindustry.Astheappearanceofinformation
4、andnetworkage,especiallythedevelopmentofE-business,logisticsdistributionhadmorespacetodevelop.Thelogisticsbasedonwebhadsomenewcharacteristics:information-based,network,autoimmunization,intelligenceandflexibility[1].Fromthesecharacteristicsweknewthattheappearanceofwebprovidedthetechnolog
5、ywhichsupportedtherealizationofJITdistribution.ThecombinationofJITmodewithmodernE-businesstechnologywillbringdeepeffecttothemacrodistributionsystem.ThispaperintroducedtheJITdistributionproblemintermsofthe3PLonthebasisofwebenvironment.Weanalyzedtheelementsofthe3PLdistributionsystemandstr
6、ucturedthe3PLdistributionsystemthatactualizedthemodeofCombinationDistribution,andthenexpoundedthegeneralprocessofthedistributionsystemandhowtorealizethemanagementtothedistributionsystem.II.THE3RDPARTYLOGISTICSJITDISTRIBUTIONSYSTEMForthesakeofimplementingthedigitalhoisteffectively,wemust
