3、isstudyteststheinterrelationshipsamongtheperceptionofe-servicequality,customersatisfactionandcustomerloyalty.Thesecondpurposeofthisstudyistoexaminethemoderatingeffectofcustomerperceivedvalueontherelationshipbetweencustomersatisfactionandloyalty.Throughaquestionnairesurvey,theresultsofthisstudyin
