1、论文导读改良版河南省农村信用社的调查报告摘要农村信用社是我省机构人员最多的垂玄管理系统，在2003身患农村信川补改革试点中，国家把农村信用社交山省级政府负责管理，是我省存贷款规模最大的银行业金融机构。全省农村信用社坚持服务“三农”的宗旨，成为城乡居民和中小企业的主要金融服务者。当前农村信用社面临着资金、管理、服务等多方面的激烈竞争。其主耍问题冇：人才“断层”；劳资“滞后”；后继管理资源库“血液沉降”等。但竞争的核心问题还是人才的竞争，因此要实施可持续发展策略，不断加强员工队伍建设，全而实施“人才系统工程”。201
