1、清热化痰法防治肺癌根治术后肺不张临床探究（温岭市中医院，浙江温岭317500）摘要：目的：观察中医清热化痰法防治肺癌根治术后肺不张的临床疗效。方法：选择本院住院患者80例，随机分为治疗组40例与对照组40例，两组均予常规治疗，治疗组用中药清热化痰汤剂口服；对照组用盐酸氨漠索口服。比较两组临床疗效（患者症状、体征）、血液检查及影像检查。结果：在降低肺不张发生率方面二者无明显差异；而在降低白细胞计数，减轻炎症方面，治疗组亦优于对照组；结论：中医清热化痰法防治肺叶切除术后肺不张有着较好疗效。关键词：肺癌根治术；清热化痰；肺不张中图分类号:R734.2文献标识码:B
