1、磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用的临床观察作者：徐卫华郭大伟董强梁星作者单位：（贵阳医学院附属医院口腔科，贵州贵阳510004;四川大学华西口腔医院修复科，四川成都610041）【摘要】目的探讨磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用的临床效果。方法对22例多数牙缺失伴残根残冠的患者，采用磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合修复治疗，随访2〜4年，调查患者对义齿使用的满意情况，以及基牙和修复体的情况。结果患者对义齿的咀嚼功能、稳定性及美观性均满意。临床检查未发现基牙松动及继发嶠，1例患者出现基牙周围骨吸收，5例患者出现基牙牙龈炎，
