1、临床医学论文•海洛因依赖90例临床分析作者：王海成段小毛李丽华王灶兰王芳【摘要】目的探讨本地吸毒者的社会人口学特点、导致吸毒的心理社会因素、吸毒及戒毒状况。方法对住入我院戒毒的90例患者进行临床分析，戒毒治疗方法主要为肌肉注射或口服替代药，同时给予对症治疗，支持疗法和心理治疗及多种方法合并使用的综合疗法。结果（1）男性明显多于女性（Y0.01），21〜30岁者、初中文化、个体户及无业人员约占2/3；（2）初始吸毒原因主要为好奇心驱使，其次为不良亲友影响；（3）所用毒品均为海洛因，以吸为主，平均用量＜lg/d者占半数，吸毒时间3个月〜10

2、年（中位数2.5年），成瘾表现为吸毒后感到舒适、欣快、轻松、兴奋等，戒断症状表现为流泪、流員•涕、疼痛、烦躁等，吸毒对心理行为的影响表现为情绪不稳、不关心家庭成员、说谎等；（4）64例（71.1%）此前曾戒毒1〜3次，本次自愿戒毒主要原因为经济困难。治疗中无一例发生意外或重大不良反应，出院吋大多戒断症状消失，尿液检查均为阴性。结论应用综合疗法'解除驭体依赖症状'疗效满意。【关键词】海洛因药物依赖戒毒禁毒[Abstract】ObjectiveTostudythenativejunkiesofsocialpopulationcharacte
